Adam and Julia Berger bring complementary skill sets to Berger Creative Associates. Adam’s focus is creative writing for themed entertainment and attractions, while Julia’s areas of expertise encompass teaching and the creation and development of educational content. Of course, those disciplines often intersect on projects ranging from museum and exhibit experiences to tour guide scripts to school field trip resources, giving Julia and Adam the opportunity to combine their skills to create experiences that are simultaneously entertaining and educational.
Adam Berger – President
Adam Berger has been writing for the themed entertainment and attraction design industry since 1992, including five years as Senior Writer for the international attraction design firm ITEC Entertainment Corporation. His credits include projects for Daytona USA, Dollywood, Disney Event Productions, Kennedy Space Center, Nickelodeon Recreation, Paramount Parks, SeaWorld, Silver Dollar City, Six Flags, Universal Studios Florida, and many others. As a journalist, his feature articles have appeared in American Cinematographer, Florida Reel Magazine, Attractions Management, and in numerous issues of Eyes & Ears (the Walt Disney World employee newspaper). Prior to his writing career, Adam worked for several years as a visual effects cameraman shooting sophisticated visual effects for feature films, television commercials, television movies, and dramatic series. Adam received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Film from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California.

Julia Berger – Vice President
After earning her master’s degree in History Museum Studies from the Cooperstown Graduate Program in History Museum Studies in Cooperstown, New York, Julia Berger served as Director of Education and Public Programming at historic Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens in Akron, Ohio. There, she developed tours for children and adults, and worked with the local Board of Education to develop an interdisciplinary field trip partnership with public schools. Julia went on to earn a master’s degree in Jewish Education from the Rhea Hirsch School of Education at Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in Los Angeles. She then served for six years as Director of Education at the Congregation of Reform Judaism in Orlando, Florida. Julia currently writes curriculum for the Union for Reform Judaism while also teaching as an adjunct professor in the Judaic Studies Program at the University of Central Florida. In addition, she presents workshops on the subject of teaching Jewish history at educational conferences and is co-author of the book Teaching Jewish History, published by Behrman House, Inc.
